For two years I worked two nights a week as an
apprentice to sculptor Kim Graham.

This Dragon Skull was one of our last projects
together and one of our most collaborative, I did up a lot of sketches, Kim
made a maquette, and off we went. The original was build up in water
clay on a mirror, the gray photo to the right shows the reflection. We
made a silicon mold with a plaster support shell and I still pull a few
copies every year which are sold at a local Gargoyle store.

A very fun project, we started working on the other
half, but it was never completed.
